What You Bring
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment
- Healthcare recruiting experience is a major plus
- A proven track record of hitting KPIs and delivering results
- Strong relationship-building and pipeline development skills
- Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- A competitive mindset and the drive to keep growing
