- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, explaining policy benefits, and assisting with claims or policy updates
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure compliant practices
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals while maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on detailed assessment
