Job Description- Tour Liasion
The Tour Liaison is an essential member of our Client Development Team, responsible for conducting venue tours for prospective wedding clients.
This role provides a comprehensive overview of Cescaphe Event Group's wedding offerings and services.
This position offers valuable experience in sales and marketing within the wedding and special events sectors. The tours are designed to help couples visualize their weddings at our venues. We highlight the key factors that set us apart from our competitors. Team members are encouraged to support one another to ensure seamless execution. The Tour Liaison may also take on extra responsibilities as needed to meet business demands.
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional people and communication skills
- Experience working with customers and/ or other clientele
- Some sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of weddings or special events a plus
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required in this position
- Able to communicate and understand English
- Professionally dressed and well-groomed individual
- Have excellent writing skills and verbal skills, including proper grammar
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 9 hours)
