Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of our offerings
- Collect valuable customer data to support marketing campaigns and improve service delivery
- Manage social media accounts by sharing store updates, promotions, and engaging content to boost brand visibility
- Assist in event marketing efforts by setting up displays, promoting special events, and encouraging customer participation
- Promote our brand through effective communication, public speaking, and branding strategies within the store
- Support sales goals by actively upselling products and cross-selling related items to maximize revenue
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader customer base
- Passion for customer service, product demos, and public speaking to inspire customer interest
- Ability to work flexible hours in a lively retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to contribute positively to the store’s atmosphere
