What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
- Restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain
- Educate patients and families for long-term success
Requirements
- AZ Licensed Occupational Therapist
- 1+ year experience
- CPR, Driver’s License, Auto Insurance
- Fingerprint Clearance Card

- Provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring function and independence
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and long-term success
