We are currently looking for a dependable Physical Therapist interested in a flexible PRN/contract position with the opportunity to consistently treat approximately 2-15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional work.
Wolff Rehab is an independently owned mobile outpatient physical therapy practice serving patients throughout Luzerne County. We specialize in providing individualized, high-quality rehabilitation services directly in patients’ homes, allowing for a more personalized and meaningful treatment experience.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, enjoys one-on-one patient care, and wants to move away from the high-volume clinic setting. Therapists at Wolff Rehab have the ability to manage their own schedules while delivering skilled outpatient care in the home environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services in patient homes
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Progress therapeutic interventions based on patient presentation and goals
- Monitor functional improvements and communicate updates as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapy license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a flexible caseload
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
