Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet high standards of quality and presentation

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive kitchen management background with strong knowledge of food production, food handling, and food safety protocols
- Demonstrated expertise in high-volume food service operations
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management, training, and conflict resolution
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, cooking methods, and sanitation procedures
