Job Overview
Kahu Pest Control is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position responsible for helping our customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, communicates clearly, stays organized, and is comfortable learning and using different computer programs. Experience with FieldRoutes or similar customer-management software is preferred but not required.
Duties
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Respond to customer text messages and emails
- Assist customers with scheduling and account questions
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally
- Enter and update customer information in company software
- Communicate with technicians and other team members
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Maintain a friendly and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience answering phones and communicating with customers
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- FieldRoutes or similar software experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Bilingual is preferred!
Compensation and Benefits
- $15 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Fully remote position
