Job Overview
Shamrock Dirt & Forestry is looking for a dependable, hard-working Ground Crew member to join our team. This is a hands-on position working alongside heavy equipment operators on a variety of projects, including septic system installations, concrete pads, gravel driveways and parking areas, drainage systems, site preparation, and general dirt work.
The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and willing to learn. Construction or equipment experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude are what matter most.
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and extended outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of power tool safety standards and equipment maintenance practices
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles or grounds maintenance equipment preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
