Now Hiring: Senior Lead Interior Designer.
Southern Grace Interiors is a luxury residential and light commercial design collective - a team of talented and creative designers - and we are specifically looking for someone with many years of experience working directly with clients for this newly created position. The ideal candidate will have extensive vendor knowledge, and thorough understanding of all facets of the construction process. Furnishings, fabrics, lighting, building codes, space planning, etc are all required experience. We also are looking for someone who will align with our company core values and will represent the company well with our clients.
The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and experienced with a positive attitude. They will have the ability to multi-task and project manage, with excellent time-management skills. The qualifying candidate will also enjoy mentoring younger designers, and team collaboration.
We are based in Bluffton but cover the market throughout the Lowcountry from Bluffton and Palmetto Bluff, to Okatie to Beaufort to HHI to Savannah, and occasionally travel to remote locations for special projects. You will work based out of our Bluffton design studio location but will travel frequently to client homes and job sites with your own vehicle.
Salary is paid as a hybrid of hourly pay plus commission on product sales, and health insurance plus company retirement plan with matching is available.
