Job Summary
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers (Lead Generators).
This role is focused strictly on door-to-door outreach and generating homeowner leads.
This is NOT a sales position. You are not responsible for selling, closing, or setting appointments. Your job is to speak with homeowners, generate interest, and collect accurate information for our office team to follow up on.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Generate interest in exterior home improvement services
- Collect and submit accurate homeowner information (name, phone number, address, email)
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Skills
- Comfortable talking to new people
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Positive attitude and coachable
- Able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods of time
- Self-motivated (performance-driven role)
Compensation
- $20-$30+ per hour equivalent (performance-based)
- Paid weekly
- High earning potential based on consistency and effort
This range is based on generating approximately 2 qualified leads per day. More leads = more earnings.
