About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will serve as a vital technical expert responsible for ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex manufacturing machinery. You will leverage your deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems to diagnose root causes, execute preventative maintenance, and drive operational efficiency across our production floor.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery to maximize equipment uptime.

Analyze and repair sophisticated vacuum systems and high-voltage electrical components with precision.

Maintain detailed technical documentation, including equipment histories, schematics, and repair logs to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

Prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production interruptions and resolve equipment failures effectively.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement strategies that reduce downtime and enhance machine reliability.

Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety, actively participating in continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance role.

Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, PLC control systems, and reading technical schematics.

Demonstrated ability to isolate failure mechanisms and perform complex mechanical repairs.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
