We are currently seeking reliable and detailed-oriented janitorial independent contractors to join our evening clean team. Responsibilities:
- Perform janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize work effectively
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must have access to a smartphone
