Job Description Gray Odyssey Ventures is expanding its contractor network and is accepting applications for dependable Small Parcel Delivery Drivers throughout North Carolina. We are building a pool of qualified drivers for upcoming contract opportunities involving residential, commercial, and business deliveries. We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals who can work independently while providing professional delivery service. Drivers with their own vehicle and active auto insurance coverage are encouraged to apply, and applicants without a vehicle are also welcome, depending on future contract requirements.

Responsibilities
● Pick up, transport, and deliver parcels according to assigned delivery instructions.
● Safely load and unload packages while ensuring shipments arrive in excellent condition.
● Verify delivery information and obtain signatures when required.
● Use GPS and navigation applications to complete deliveries efficiently.
● Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding delivery status or delays.
● Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile applications or required documentation.
● Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and client procedures.
● Provide courteous and professional customer service during every delivery. Preferred Qualifications & Requirements
● Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
● Active personal auto insurance coverage (required for applicants using their own vehicles).
● Ability to pass a background check if required.
● Reliable smartphone with GPS capability.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
● Ability to work independently while meeting delivery deadlines.
● Previous courier, delivery, logistics, or driving experience is preferred but not required.
Vehicle & Insurance Requirements Applicants who own and insure one of the following are encouraged to apply:

Note: Drivers providing their own vehicle must possess and maintain active auto insurance. Applicants without their own vehicle are also encouraged to apply, as vehicle availability may vary depending on future contracts.
