Responsibilities
- Maintain Ferrari’s world-class standard of excellence in all areas
- Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate course of action, including interaction with high-expectation clientele
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and high-voltage electrical systems
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and provide accurate time estimates
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years Ferrari Service Technician experience required (5+ years strongly preferred)
- Maserati experience beneficial
- A-Level/Master qualifications including Diagnostic, High Voltage Electrical, and Engine Repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- CDK and XTime experience preferred
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn new technologies and manufacturer repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Schedule
- Day Shift
- Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- In-person position (Orlando, FL 32811)
