We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Coordinator - Talent Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment and enjoys making meaningful connections with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Recruitment and Retention
- Proactively source, recruit, and interview top-tier administrative and facility professionals to fill temporary, project-based, and permanent client positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance, feedback, and ongoing professional support to ensure long-term engagement.
2. Placement and Sales Growth
- Match qualified candidates with client job openings, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Actively uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities by networking with existing clients and candidates.
3. Sales and Marketing
- Drive business growth by conducting daily marketing calls to new and existing clients, presenting our services, and addressing their staffing needs.
- Strategize with team members and management to achieve weekly sales and business development goals.
- Represent The Liberty Group at networking events to enhance our local market presence and build valuable industry connections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, and business development, ideally in manufacturing, construction, blue-collar, or administrative industries.
- Multi-family, apartment, or commercial management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology and tools for recruitment and customer management.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
