HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors in Superior, WI is looking for Insite Material Processing Leads to join their safety conscious team! The Lead will operate a variety of mechanical and manual servicing equipment for industrial services and waste management. with HPC established methods, policies, practices and procedures and applicable regulations.
Performs safe and proper operation of waste reduction, vapor control and/or degassing equipment such as centrifuge, belt press, pumps, etc. Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for assignment. Performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment. Ensures work meets compliance standards of company and customer

- 1+ years related experience.
- Basic safety courses including site specific procedures; All required local training, Successful completion of all required and OSHA training as a condition of employment.
- Must be physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities or his/her position.
- Must have access to a telephone. Compliance with physical requirements.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures.
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Smartphone operation experience.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
