Customer Support Specialist
*This role is open to candidates based in the Salt Lake City area, starting remotely with an expectation to work in person or in a hybrid capacity as the team continues to scale.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for technology, health, beauty, and wellness to support customers across Musely’s growing portfolio of telehealth products and services. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, providing solutions, and guiding users throughout their treatment and wellness journeys. As Musely continues to expand into new areas of health, beauty, and healthy aging, the ideal candidate is adaptable, empathetic, and excited to learn about new products and treatments. Ultimately, you will help strengthen Musely’s reputation for exceptional customer care, attention to detail, and customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Analyze and report reoccurring issues
- Monitor complaints on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with other teams
Skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years previous customer service/retail/restaurant experience
- Friendly and welcoming manner with customers, doctors and pharmacists
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Solid understanding of skincare terminology, ingredients, and treatment methods
- Experience with Phone Support and Live Chat preferred
