Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and motivated Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating commercial box trucks, values professionalism, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
This position requires drivers to be on the road for two-week (14-day) OTR rotations before returning home. Drivers should be comfortable traveling across multiple states, managing their time effectively, and working independently while maintaining communication with dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to transport freight across multiple states.
- Remain on the road for two-week OTR assignments before scheduled home time.
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manually as needed.
- Follow assigned routes while complying with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and all required delivery documentation.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and any issues encountered during transit.
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and delivered safely and on time.
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Previous experience operating a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle preferred.
- OTR driving experience is highly preferred.
- Experience using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and remain on the road for 14-day OTR rotations.

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
