REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):
minimum of two (2) years of recent Progressive Care nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population. RNs will provide an intermediate level of care for patients who are not stable enough for a general medical-surgical floor but do not require the full intensity of an Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Patients commonly include those recovering from major surgeries, but not limited to, serious medical conditions such as renal failure requiring dialysis and/or kidney transplant, oncology therapy, or those transitioning out of the ICU after stabilization. The PCU is equipped for close monitoring, often including telemetry for dialysis, kidney transplant observation, frequent vital sign checks, and rapid response to changes in condition. RNs will provide continuous cardiac monitoring, frequent assessment of patient status, administration of medications and IV therapies, wound care, and pain management.

Local(candidates with a permanent address of less than 50 miles from the facility): Weekly Gross of $ 2,058 Hourly pay of $49
