Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals that meet our high standards of excellence, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Food handler Certificate.
Experience
- Proven experience in Mediterranean Food cooking, kabob grill, and shawarma and Gyro.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Experience with menu planning and dietary aide responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including, grilling Kabob, shawarma cooking ,and frying fries.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
