Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager with a strong background in dealership accounting to oversee daily administrative and financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage accounting workflows while supporting HR functions in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dealership Accounting Oversight
- Manage and oversee dealership accounting processes in accordance with industry standards
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P):
- Vendor set-up, invoice processing, and payment scheduling
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R):
- Customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
- Maintain organized financial records and support reporting as needed
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to support business operations
- Maintain office policies and procedures
HR Administration
- Support HR functions, including:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining personnel records
- Assisting with employee relations and general HR inquiries
- Coordinate benefits administration and basic compliance tasks
Qualifications & Experience
- Required: Experience in dealership accounting
- Proven experience managing A/P and A/R processes
- Prior Office Manager or similar leadership experience
- Experience supporting HR functions (onboarding, records, benefits)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and office operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
