We have immediate openings for Precast Concrete Laborers.
No precast experience? That's OK — we'll train you.
We're looking for people who are hardworking, reliable, willing to learn, and show up ready to work every day. Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or other hands-on experience is helpful, but it is not required.
One of the biggest advantages of joining our precast team? You'll work indoors in our climate-controlled precast facility year-round. You get steady, hands-on work without spending every day working outside in Vermont's heat, cold, rain, or snow.
What You'll Do
As a Precast Concrete Laborer, you'll learn the skills involved in producing precast concrete products from start to finish. Your day may include:
- Stripping, cleaning, setting up, and pouring precast concrete forms
- Setting up and taking apart concrete forms
- Measuring, cutting, bending, and tying rebar to specifications
- Assisting with concrete pours and production
- Working alongside plant foremen, carpenters, and experienced team members
- Keeping work areas and the plant clean and organized
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Precast Plant Manager or Supervisor
- Pitching in wherever needed to help the team get the job done

Construction or concrete experience is preferred, but absolutely not required. If you've worked in construction, landscaping, excavation, paving, farming, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or another physically demanding job, your experience may translate well to this position.
