Medical Assistant (Temporary Contract – 4-6 weeks)
Vaneity Medical Weight Loss is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Medical Assistant to join our team for the month of August, with the possibility of extending the position if our staffing needs increase.

Position Details
- Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5 hours Mon-Friday) 7:00AM-4:00PM Saturday (All Day)
- Position: Temporary 4-6 week contract August into September
- Potential Extension: Opportunity to continue beyond August based on clinic needs and performance

Responsibilities
- Welcome and room patients
- Obtain vital signs and update medical histories
- Assist providers during patient visits
- Prepare and administer injections as directed
- Educate patients on treatment plans and medications
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Schedule appointments and answer patient questions
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every patient interaction
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with injections preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
