CNC Mill Operator I & II – Join a Growing Precision Manufacturing Team

Pay: $20.50–$25.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for dependable CNC Mill Operators who take pride in producing quality parts. If you have experience operating CNC mills, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring equipment, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CNC mill operating experience
- Minimum 1 year of CNC setup experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
