Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles.
- Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits, utilizing retail math skills when necessary.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding parking policies and procedures.
- Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and securely.
- Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parking area at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission if applicable.
