Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
- Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Drive project execution to ensure schedule milestones and budget targets are achieved
- Oversee subcontractor management, contract administration, and supplier coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, and risk management activities
- Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvement
- Deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
