Dream Floor USA is a fast-growing flooring distributor serving dealers and retailers throughout Southern California. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on team member to help manage our daily warehouse operations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and packing slips
- Process customer pickups and payments
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Assist customers during pickups
- Operate a forklift when needed (training can be provided)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
- Previous warehouse or operations experience is preferred but not required
