Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverage options with precision and flair
- Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly, efficient service that exceeds expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling customer payments and orders
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and fresh product availability
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive environment that encourages repeat visits
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and genuine friendliness
