ELEMENTARY CHRISTIAN TEACHER

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, Christ-centered lesson plans and instruction
- Teach core elementary subjects using a variety of instructional strategies
- Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that reflects biblical principles
- Encourage students academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially
- Assess student progress and provide support for individual learning needs
- Integrate biblical truth into classroom instruction and daily discussions
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student success
- Maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, and communication
- Participate in school activities, professional development, and team collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Education degree and/or teaching certification preferred
- Strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ and Christian education
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and families
- Passion for helping students grow academically and spiritually
- Elementary teaching experience preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
