Silvestri Investments is seeking to fill a Retail Property Manager position in its Houston office. Applicants should have two to three years job experience of managing a portfolio of retail shopping centers. Position requires a person that is able to communicate both verbally and in writing, and has working knowledge of Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Job responsibilities include:
Overall day-to-day property management of assigned properties
Site visits to identify maintenance needs of the property.
Setup and maintenance of lease files for each property.
Maintaining and updating of tenant contact information.
Tenant rent collections efforts.
Coordinating the move-in of new tenants and move-out inspections.
Supervising shopping center improvement projects.
Timely approval and processing invoices for payment.
Negotiating vendor service contacts.
Responding to tenants’ requests for maintenance.
Preparation of correspondence letters.
Insuring tenants are in compliance with local building codes and ordinances.
Tenant visitations.
