Bear Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation, a nursing home in Stoneham MA, is looking for a full-time Staff Development Coordinator-SDC to join their team.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of educator experience in a nursing home setting.
- Must possess skills in leadership and communication.
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of data, observation of operations, and consultation with leadership and staff.
- RN license
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with the federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Provide nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance.
- Coordinate all educational activities in the facility.
- Focus on Quality Improvement and identify areas of educational needs.
- Develop in-service programs, training staff and coordinating the completion of these programs.
