Bartender / Guest Experience Associate
Location: Happy Hours Wine Bar – Pell Lake
Happy Hours is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help create a welcoming experience for our guests. This is not a traditional high-volume cocktail bar position. Our focus is on great customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and serving beer, wine, and simple beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve beer, wine, and other menu offerings
- Keep the bar, seating areas, and restrooms clean and presentable
- Restock beer, wine, supplies, and glassware throughout the shift
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
