This is not a receptionist role. This is not customer service.
Your job is simple: Turn inbound and outbound leads into booked in-home appointments.

What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with homeowners about bathroom remodeling
- Asking the right questions to qualify the opportunity
- Booking appointments for our design consultants
- Following a proven script (and executing it with confidence)
Compensation:
- Base + performance bonuses

- Full time

- Monday to Friday with one weekend a month.
- Potential Annual Income: $45,000 - $80,000
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable transportation.
- Team Oriented and Goal Driven.
- Customer Service Experience.
