Vision IT is seeking a highly experienced Training / PC / CSL / TCO Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support operations onsite at Los Angeles Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support in training coordination, property custodian (PC) responsibilities, Communications Security Logistics (CSL), and Trusted Custodian Officer (TCO) functions within a secure Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience supporting classified systems, COMSEC accountability, equipment management, and cybersecurity compliance in accordance with DoD and Air Force regulations.

Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Training, PC, CSL, and TCO operations.

Manage and maintain accountability of classified and sensitive COMSEC materials and equipment.

Perform Trusted Custodian Officer (TCO) duties in compliance with applicable DoD and Air Force directives.

Coordinate and conduct training for personnel on security procedures, systems, and operational compliance requirements.

Maintain property accountability records and oversee lifecycle management of government-furnished equipment (GFE).

Support audits, inspections, inventories, and compliance reviews.

Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and information assurance policies and procedures.

Collaborate with government personnel, contractors, and technical teams to support mission objectives.

Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and operational documentation.

Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire).

Current CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) Certification.

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or federal government environments.

Prior experience supporting the U.S. Air Force or Space Force environments.

Additional DoD 8570/8140 certifications.

Experience with inventory management systems and government asset tracking tools.

Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity and COMSEC procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field preferred.
