Rhino Water Damage is seeking a skilled and motivated Reconstruction Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality reconstruction work following water, fire, and storm damage projects.
The ideal candidate has strong drywall, painting, and trim carpentry experience — and understands that customer service is just as important as craftsmanship. We are looking for technicians who:

Duties
Drywall & Repairs
- Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, texturing, and finishing
- Patchwork repairs from water damage mitigation
- Match existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, etc.)
- Sanding and prep to paint-ready finish
Painting
- Interior residential painting
- Wall, ceiling, and trim painting
- Proper prep work (masking, covering, sanding, priming)
- Clean, straight cut lines and professional finish quality
Trim Carpentry
- Install baseboards, casing, door trim, and crown molding
- Minor framing repairs
- Door installs and adjustments
- Cabinet repairs or replacement (preferred but not required)
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Provide daily progress updates
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Represent Rhino Water Damage with integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
