The Slivka/Reilley Team at Century 21 Fairways is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter to help us continue building one of the highest-producing real estate teams in Pennsylvania.
This isn't a recruiting position where you'll simply fill seats. Your mission is to identify talented agents, understand their goals, and show them how joining our team can dramatically improve their business, income, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Recruit licensed real estate agents through phone calls, text, email, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build relationships with experienced and newly licensed agents.
- Conduct recruiting appointments both virtually and in person.
- Follow up consistently with prospective recruits through our CRM.
- Help create recruiting campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Attend career nights, networking events, and industry functions.
- Work closely with leadership to identify the ideal candidates for our culture.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain an organized recruiting pipeline.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure new agents experience a smooth transition.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people grow.
Ideal candidates have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong phone confidence
- High level of organization and follow-through
- Positive attitude and competitive drive
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- CRM experience (preferred but not required)
- Recruiting or sales experience preferred
- Real estate experience is a major plus but not required
Compensation
We believe great recruiters should be rewarded for building great teams.
Compensation includes:
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses tied to recruiting success
- Additional incentives based on agent production
