Paragon Gymnastics is looking for dependable, energetic coaches to join our recreational class program and Xcel competitive team staff.
All of our team coaches also teach recreational classes. This allows our coaches to become well-rounded instructors, build relationships throughout the gym, and contribute to the development of athletes at every level.
We believe strongly in hiring for character and training the sport. The right candidate will be reliable, positive, coachable, comfortable working with children, and willing to grow as an instructor.
