Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on the 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM shift. In this vital role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes. Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, completing documentation, and ensuring proper handling of materials
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge for materials handling equipment operation
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety regulations and PPE use guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors on inventory management tasks such as stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management software and logistics operations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy
- Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and proper PPE use during heavy lifting and materials handling
- Mechanical aptitude or construction experience is a plus for understanding equipment maintenance or mechanical knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail in order picking & packing procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a team environment

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
