You will coach employees, develop future leaders, recruit talented individuals, strengthen company culture, and help create an environment where people can build meaningful careers.

What You'll Do: Develop People
- Conduct monthly coaching conversations
- Help team members achieve personal and professional goals
- Facilitate growth and development plans
- Support Team Leads in becoming stronger leaders
- Identify and develop future leaders

- Build relationships with future team members
