We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function while remaining actively involved in full cycle recruitment. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing the Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, and hiring managers to drive the organization's hiring strategy. In addition to leading the team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will personally recruit for critical and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role will also focus on continuously improving recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and strengthening the company's employer brand.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview guides.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to develop competitive and equitable offers.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Source of Hire.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community partnerships.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ATS platforms, and high-volume hiring.

- Occasional travel to career fairs and recruiting events may be required.
