We're a busy, family-owned automotive and off-road shop specializing in Toyota 4x4s, off-road builds, and premium alignment services. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a positive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and import vehicles, with an emphasis on Toyota 4x4s and off-road vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance, including brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general repairs.
- Perform precision wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment and ensure vehicles are properly set up for optimal handling, tire wear, and performance.
- Install and service off-road suspension, armor, bumpers, lift kits, and other aftermarket accessories.
- Assist with custom off-road builds and suspension setups.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Keep accurate repair notes and clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and repair needs with the service advisor.
- Document inspections and repairs accurately using our shop management system.
- Work closely with the service advisor and fellow technicians to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience with suspension, steering, brakes, and general vehicle repair.
- Alignment experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with Toyota trucks, SUVs, or off-road vehicles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Own basic technician tools.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
