Typical Shift
We offer flexible part-time scheduling with one-on-one, client-based care.
Whether you're looking for a few hours each week or a consistent part-time schedule, we'll work with you to find assignments that fit your lifestyle while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Your shift begins by traveling to your assigned client's home. Because every client has unique needs, we carefully match CarePros with clients based on skills, experience, and compatibility.
Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care
- Showering and toileting assistance
- Medication reminders
- Medication administration (when permitted by company policy and state regulations)
- Mobility assistance, transferring, and escorting
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
You will not be asked to perform skilled nursing services, such as injections, wound care, or therapy.
Available shifts may include:
- Morning Shifts
- Afternoon Shifts
- Evening Shifts
- Overnight Shifts
- Weekend Shifts
Responsibilities
As a Care Professional, you will:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide or arrange transportation for appointments and errands.
- Observe and report changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Complete required in-service training.
- Document daily care activities accurately and in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures.
- Report incidents, concerns, and changes in client condition promptly to your supervisor.

Starting Pay
- Starting wage: $14.00 per hour
- Additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts
- $250 Employee Referral Bonus

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have reliable transportation
- Possess a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
- Have experience providing in-home care and assisting seniors with ADLs
- Be able to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients
- Demonstrate strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Be dependable, compassionate, and punctual
- Be physically able to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds while assisting clients safely
