We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a well-organized sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to supervise and mentor team members in a retail environment.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on upselling techniques.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider range of customers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- A keen eye for detail when it comes to stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance.
