In-Home Caregiver
Location: N. Fresno + Surrounding Areas
Pay: Starting at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (opportunity for increase based on experience, availability, and performance)Schedule: Full-time & Part-time

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. Our caregivers play a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)
- Must reside in the Visalia area
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Have HCA Registration completed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
