Job Summary:
Looking for a dependable and skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic for Commercial Trucks to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and values a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance including oil changes, lube service, wheel seals, and tire changes
- Maintain and service 16 company trailers, 8 company trucks, and occasionally, owner-operator vehicles
- Keep maintenance records up to date and accurate
- Maintain a clean and organized shop area
Requirements:
- Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers
- Must have a set of basic hand tools (some shop tools provided)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
