Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fence Estimator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality fencing solutions. Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop precise fence estimates.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost proposals.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess terrain, and identify potential challenges.
- Prepare detailed bid packages including material lists and project timelines.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgets and implement cost control measures as needed.
- Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents related to fencing projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly within fencing or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project management processes.
- Familiarity estimating software is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
