Responsibilities
- Make coffee, tea, and other drinks following our recipes.
- Take customer orders and use the register/POS system.
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Answer questions about the menu and help customers choose items.
- Keep the café, counters, tables, and equipment clean.
- Handle cash and card payments and give the correct change.
- Help prepare food when needed.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness rules.
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy times.
- Make sure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly.
Qualifications / Experience
- Barista or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
- We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Comfortable working with customers and providing good service.
- Able to work in a busy environment.
- Able to follow instructions and keep the café clean and organized.
- Experience with a register/POS system is a plus.
