An established and highly regarded Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in the St. Petersburg area is seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Director of Marketing & Business Development to join its leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned healthcare marketing professional with strong local market knowledge and established referral relationships throughout the St. Petersburg healthcare community.
Drive census growth through business development and community outreach
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources
Manage admissions opportunities and referral pipelines
Represent the facility within the local healthcare community
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
Minimum 4 years of healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development experience
Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, or related healthcare experience preferred
Established referral relationships within the St. Petersburg market strongly preferred
Proven success driving admissions and census growth
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually DOE
