Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and room features.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
- Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when applicable.
- Deliver guest requests, packages, messages, and amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage area.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (often up to 50 pounds or more).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
